Aparigraha · Non-grasping
Hold the plan loosely
A plan is a guess, not a promise
the world made you.
Read the teaching
You build the plan, then grip it, and when the day refuses to follow it, the grip becomes suffering. Non-grasping does not mean abandoning plans; it means holding them as useful guesses rather than contracts reality signed. When something shifts, you can adjust instead of fighting to force the day back into a shape it already left behind.
Your intention
I can hold my plan as a guess and adjust when the day has other ideas.
One small intention for the day.
When the moment comes
When one thing goes off-plan today, adjust without treating it as a crisis.
